Shipping & Returns

We ship all orders from Amsterdam with DHL.
Orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise mentioned.
See table below.
- Netherlands: shipped within 1 business day, delivery time 2–4 business days.
- Europe: shipped within 1 business day, delivery time 2–5 business days.
- Outside Europe (including the US): shipped within 1 business day, delivery time approximately 7 business days.
Track & trace: Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking code by email.
Customs: Any import duties, taxes or customs charges for shipments outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Policy

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned with all original packaging
- Free from any signs of wear or damage
To start a return, please email us at dearestlynnams@gmail.com with your order number.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dearestlynnams@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and a few photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
