Dearest Amsterdam is a small business based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We design and create handmade bags in limited quantities.

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

Every bag is handmade with care. Because of this, slight variations in colour, fabric placement, or finishing may occur. These small differences make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Our collections are released in limited drops. Once a product is sold out, it may not be restocked.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

We accept secure online payments through the payment methods available at checkout.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within the timeframe stated on our website.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

5. Returns

We hope you love your order. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unused item within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dearestlynnams@gmail.com.
